Our Mission

The mission of Samaria Prison Ministry is to bring hope and transformation to incarcerated individuals by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through our efforts, we seek to share the gospel, and to foster spiritual growth by providing Biblically based preaching and teaching.
Goals & Vision
We hope that our outreach will help those affected by incarceration rebuild their lives and discover God’s purpose for them. We are offering the institutions our services of worship services, Bible study classes, Bible tracts, and other written materials. Our aim is to encourage restoration, reconciliation, and renewed faith, both inside and beyond prison walls.

Local Church Collaboration

Samaria Prison Ministry is committed to working alongside local churches and church volunteers, to broaden our reach and strengthen our impact. We believe it is the job of the local church to reach their Samaria region, win the lost and make disciples. It is our hope to provide volunteer opportunities for local churches within their local institutions and to provide training and volunteer opportunities with Samarian Prison Ministry.
Core Beliefs
-
Our ongoing work reflects our belief in the power of redemption and the significance of second chances for all. We are dedicated to supporting individuals who by faith are born-again as they seek to grow spiritually and live out God’s will in their lives.

-
We believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ still works. The preaching of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ is still the power of God unto salvation.

-
We believe in the ministry of the local church. God works through the local church, and He has commanded the local church to carry the gospel to the world and to make disciples of all men. This includes those who are incarcerated.

-
We believe in Bible preaching and Bible teaching. The Word of God is still powerful, and “sharper than any two-edged sword.” We are commanded to study the Word, teach the Word, and preach the Word of God.
